Anne Sweeney has been a member of the LEGO A/S Board of Directors since 2020 and serves on the Board of Directors of Netflix, Inc., the Board of Trustees at the Mayo Clinic, the J. Paul Getty Trust Group, and is a Deans Distinguished Fellow at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

In connection with the annual general assembly of KIRKBI A/S, Connie Hedegaard will not stand for re-election. Connie Hedegaard joined the KIRKBI A/S Board of Directors in 2022 and has during her tenure helped shape the vision and group structure for KIRKBI introduced in January 2025.
"Connie’s experience across the private and public sector and in-depth knowledge on climate matters and sustainability have been highly valuable in shaping the long-term ambitions for KIRKBI’s climate activities. I want to thank Connie for her contribution and collaboration,” said Thomas Kirk Kristiansen.
The KIRKBI A/S Board of Directors consists of six members, including four independent, non-executive directors.
