Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen to step down as Chairman of the Board of Directors of KIRKBI A/S in the spring 2023

The Kirk Kristiansen family (“the family” or “the owner family”) has today announced that the family will take the next step in the gradual generational handover between the family’s third and fourth generation in the spring 2023, when Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen steps down as Chairman of the Board of Directors of KIRKBI A/S, where he will be succeeded by Thomas Kirk Kristiansen as the new Chairman.
