The LEGO Foundation announces changes to its Board of Directors

The LEGO Foundation today announced changes to its Board of Directors. Agnete Kirk Thinggaard, fourth generation of the LEGO® owner family and shareholder of KIRKBI A/S, has joined the Board of KIRKBI A/S as an observer, where she will play an important role in the continued active and engaged family ownership of the LEGO brand and the activities within the KIRKBI Group. KIRKBI is the owner family’s holding and investment company, which was founded to build a sustainable future for the family ownership of the LEGO brand through generations.
