– Following the Annual General Assembly in KIRKBI A/S the company today announced the following changes to the Board of Directors: Peter Gæmelke will step down from the Board of Directors and Michael Halbye, former senior partner at McKinsey & Co., will join the Board of Directors effective immediately.
